  • 14 : 15 – 16 : 15 –  yoga philosophy
  • 16 : 30 – 17 : 30 – surya namaskar with awareness.
  • 18 : 00 – 19 : 00 – Yoga Nidra.
  • 20 : 00- Dinner
Day 8 – 15 :
  • 5 : 00 – 6 : 00 –  prayer & Meditation
  • 6 : 15 – 8 : 15- Asana  &  pranayama (Nadishodhana pranayama  & 5 others)
  • Break fast
  • 9 : 30- 11 : 30- philosophy of pranayama / Anatomy & physiology

  • 14 : 00 – 15 : 00 Applied philosophy
  • 15 : 00 – 16 : 00 – yoga philosophy/ Bhagavat Gita/  Mandukya Upanishad.
  • 16 : 15 – 17 :15- surya Namaskar with awarenesss.
